A 38-year-old Palatka woman was killed Saturday night on State Road 19 near East Escambia Street in Putnam County. The Florida Highway Patrol said the crash remains under investigation.
A 38-year-old Palatka woman died Saturday night after she was struck by two vehicles on State Road 19 near East Escambia Street in Putnam County, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
The crash happened at about 8:15 p.m. Oct. 24. The woman was in the roadway when she was hit, according to FHP. Neither driver was injured.
State Road 19 was closed while investigators worked at the scene and has since reopened. FHP said the investigation is ongoing and that no further information was available.
