Motorcyclist dies in morning I-80 crash near Emeryville’s MacArthur Maze
A motorcyclist was killed Tuesday morning on westbound Interstate 80 in Emeryville. The crash was reported west of Powell Street and continued to block traffic about an hour later.
A motorcyclist died in a crash on westbound Interstate 80 near Emeryville’s MacArthur Maze on Tuesday morning, the California Highway Patrol said.
Authorities received a report shortly after 6:45 a.m. of a crash west of Powell Street. The wreck was still blocking traffic on the highway about an hour later.
The CHP had not released additional details about the crash or the motorcyclist as of Tuesday morning.
