A trial is scheduled for April 19-23, 2027, for a 23-year-old man charged in connection with alleged sexual assaults at a Fitchburg assisted-living facility. Julio Morales-Jarquin faces two counts of second-degree sexual assault. Each count includes an allegation that could increase the potential penalty because the alleged victims were elderly, according to court records. Morales-Jarquin pleaded not guilty on July 10. Fitchburg police said they were notified April 26 of concerns involving Morales-Jarquin after receiving a report from a facility in the 5700 block of Chapel Valley Road.
