Two men sought in fatal robbery at East Flamingo business
A Las Vegas judge approved arrest warrants for Antwan Delone Terry and Anthony Terry in the Oct. 15 killing of worker Reynaldo Rodis II. Police say three people may have taken part in the robbery; no suspects had been arrested as of Oct. 21.
Arrest warrants have been approved for two men accused in a fatal robbery at a southeast Las Vegas business, where a worker was shot and killed Oct. 15, according to court records and police information.
Las Vegas Justice Court Judge Nadia Wood approved warrants Monday for Antwan Delone Terry and Anthony Terry. If arrested, both men face charges of open murder, robbery with a deadly weapon and first-degree kidnapping. They would be held without bail, according to the records.
Police say the shooting happened around 11:40 a.m. inside a business in the 3400 block of East Flamingo Road, near Pecos Road. Investigators believe three suspects entered to rob the business.
The victim, identified by his family as Reynaldo Rodis II, was shot as he tried to stop the robbery by lunging at one of the suspects, police said.
Neither Terry had been taken into custody as of Oct. 21. Police said the investigation remains ongoing.
