The shooting was reported at about 10:30 p.m. Jan. 13 in the 200 block of West Utah Avenue, near Main Street and Las Vegas Boulevard. Officers found a man with gunshot wounds inside a business; he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Hart was already held at the Clark County Detention Center on unrelated charges when he was rebooked on a murder charge Jan. 21, records show.
