One woman dead, another expected to survive after shooting on S. Gilmor Street
A woman died and a second woman is expected to survive after both were shot Saturday afternoon in Baltimore’s Mount Clare neighborhood. Homicide detectives are investigating and asking the public for information.
A woman died after a double shooting Saturday afternoon in southwest Baltimore’s Mount Clare neighborhood, and a second woman is expected to survive, police said.
Officers responded around 2:32 p.m. Oct. 24 to the 300 block of S. Gilmor Street for a report of a shooting. They found two adult women with apparent gunshot wounds, according to Baltimore police.
Medics took both women to area hospitals. One was pronounced dead; the other is expected to survive. Police have not released their identities or information about a suspect or motive.
