Five people were found with fatal gunshot wounds at a home in south Georgia late Friday, the Douglas Police Department said. Police received a report of a shooting at about 11:09 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, and officers arriving at the scene found the five victims. All were pronounced dead, according to police. Authorities had not released the home’s address, identified the victims or said whether they were searching for a suspect. Police said they planned to provide more information later Saturday. Douglas, the county seat of Coffee County, is about three and a half hours south of Atlanta.
