Five people were found shot and killed at a home in Douglas, Georgia, after police responded to reports of gunfire late Friday, Oct. 9, authorities said. Officers arrived at about 11 p.m. and found all five people with gunshot wounds. Each was pronounced dead, according to the Douglas Police Department. The incident appears to be a domestic murder-suicide, Douglas Now reported. Police had not released additional information, including the identities of the people who died, as of Saturday morning. The circumstances remain under investigation.
