United to add San Francisco route from Oklahoma City in spring 2027
United Airlines plans to begin nonstop service between Will Rogers International Airport and San Francisco on March 28, 2027. Oklahoma City Mayor David Holt said the route will bring the airport’s nonstop destinations to 29.
Oklahoma City travelers are expected to gain a nonstop connection to San Francisco beginning March 28, 2027, under a new United Airlines route announced Thursday by Mayor David Holt.
The service will operate from Will Rogers International Airport, giving passengers a direct link from Oklahoma City to the West Coast city. The announcement did not include details about flight frequency, schedules or ticket sales.
Holt said the addition will bring the number of destinations served nonstop from Oklahoma City to 29. He connected the route to the airport’s continued growth and said the city intends to sustain that momentum as it invests in Will Rogers’ long-term development.
The new service adds another direct travel option for residents and businesses, though passengers will need to wait for further details from the airline on booking and operating schedules.
