A wheelchair user died after being struck by a vehicle near SE 42nd Street and Shields Boulevard in Oklahoma City on Tuesday, Oct. 13, police said. The driver, 42-year-old Felipe Codena Sarazua, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a fatality collision. Officers responded to the crash and took the victim to a nearby hospital, where the person was later pronounced dead. Investigators say Sarazua was driving south on Shields Boulevard when he allegedly hit the victim.
