Nashville airport plans Wednesday event for new Air France service to Paris
Nashville International Airport and Air France plan to mark the launch of nonstop service between Nashville and Paris at an event Wednesday, Oct. 14. The flights will connect BNA with Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport. BNA President and CEO, Gov. Bill Lee and Air France representatives are expected to speak at the announcement, according to the airport’s event information. The Paris route would join three other nonstop European destinations as Nashville’s airport works to expand its international connections. The announcement did not specify when service will begin, how often flights will operate or what aircraft will be used. A nonstop Paris connection would give Nashville-area travelers a direct route to one of Europe’s major air hubs, while also creating another link for visitors traveling to Middle Tennessee. The airport and airline are expected to provide more details at Wednesday’s event.
