Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed will miss the rest of the season after a neck injury suffered in the team’s Week 2 victory, the team announced Tuesday by placing him on injured reserve. Coach Matt LaFleur said Reed will have surgery, but the injury is not expected to end his career. Reed, who wears No. 11, posted on Instagram: “God will use the unusual to do the unexpected. 11 out.” The loss leaves the Packers without Reed for the remainder of the season. Green Bay is scheduled to play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at noon Sunday at Raymond James Stadium.
