MILWAUKEE — Drivers on I-94 will encounter construction-related traffic changes starting this week, including the closure of the eastbound exit to Mitchell Boulevard and the westbound entrance ramp there until next spring. Crews will shift traffic to the interstate’s outside lanes between Holly Road and Mitchell Boulevard. The ramps are expected to remain open through Monday’s Brewers playoff game before closing.
