No Kings rallies put midterm voting access at center of nationwide protests
Demonstrators are expected to rally Saturday against the Trump administration, with the movement’s fourth major nationwide protest emphasizing voter access and participation ahead of the midterms. Organizers say the demonstrations are intended to draw attention to election concerns and democratic institutions.
Demonstrators are expected to gather across the country Saturday for the fourth major nationwide No Kings protest, with organizers centering the rallies on the midterm elections and access to voting.
The demonstrations oppose the Trump administration and what participants describe as an expansion of presidential power and a weakening of democratic norms. Organizers and attendees plan to use the rallies to highlight election-related concerns and encourage people to take part in the democratic process as voters prepare for the midterms.
The first nationwide No Kings protest took place in June 2025. Groups including the American Civil Liberties Union and the League of Women Voters helped organize it, and the demonstrations coincided with a military parade in Washington marking President Donald Trump’s birthday. Two more nationwide protests followed.
Details on Saturday’s protest locations and times are available through the No Kings organizing website.
