DODGEVILLE, Wis. — A 25-year-old Milton man died Saturday after drowning while snorkeling at Cox Hollow Beach in Governor Dodge State Park, according to the Iowa County Sheriff’s Office. Jordan Allen went underwater while snorkeling at the beach, authorities said. Family members and bystanders attempted lifesaving measures, but the Iowa County Coroner’s Office pronounced Allen dead at the scene. Two additional people at the beach needed medical attention while responders were assisting Allen. Dodgeville EMS sent additional resources, and both individuals were taken to a local hospital. They were treated and later released, according to authorities.
