Clark County early voting draws more than 23,000 voters in first weekend
More than 23,000 Clark County residents voted in person Saturday and Sunday as early voting opened for Nevada’s November general election. County officials say voters returning ballots by mail or drop box can check their status online.
More than 23,000 people voted in person in Clark County during the opening weekend of early voting for the November 2026 general election, election officials reported Monday.
Voters went to polling locations across the county Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 17 and 18. The total reflects in-person voting during the first two days of early voting; officials did not provide a comparison with previous elections in the information released.
Clark County officials reminded voters who return ballots by mail or use a drop box that they can check their ballot’s status through Nevada’s online voter portal. The county’s Election Department website also provides updated early-voting turnout figures.
Early voting gives residents an option to cast ballots before Election Day, while mail voting offers another way to participate. County election officials have not yet provided a breakdown of turnout by location or voter group.
