A woman’s remains were found Friday, Oct. 23, along County Road 208 near Alvarado, prompting an investigation involving Johnson County deputies, Texas Rangers and the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office said investigators were at the scene in the 3200 block of County Road 208. The medical examiner’s office and Texas Rangers are assisting.
Authorities have not released the woman’s identity or the cause of her death. Investigators also have not shared further details about the case.
