Crews were dispatched at about 8:30 p.m. and found heavy smoke and flames throughout the three-story home. A man and a woman escaped and were found injured in the backyard; both were taken for medical treatment.

Firefighters found a third resident dead inside the home. No firefighters were injured while battling the blaze. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
