Oregon voters can now check ballot status statewide
A new statewide interface lets Oregonians follow the status of their ballots. The tool arrives as ballots begin reaching voters ahead of the Nov. 3 midterm election.
Oregonians can use a new statewide interface to track the status of their ballots, offering voters a way to follow ballots across the state as the Nov. 3 midterm election approaches.
Ballots were scheduled to begin arriving in mailboxes the week of Oct. 16. The new tool allows voters to check ballot status regardless of where in Oregon they live, according to information released about the interface.
Oregon conducts elections by mail, making ballot tracking a useful way for voters to confirm their ballot is moving through the process. The available information did not specify how to access the interface or which individual status updates it provides.
