Pennsylvania vape retailers face new limits on products they can sell

Pennsylvania vape shops are now limited to selling products on a state-approved list under a law that took effect Monday, Oct. 19, 2026.

The permitted items include vape pens and e-liquid. Other vape products not included on the list are illegal for shops to sell, and retailers that violate the restriction face fines.

The law is intended to reduce children’s access to nicotine and unregulated products. It applies to vape shops across Pennsylvania.
