Bucks County officials plan briefing on alleged assault at Valley of Fear
A suspect has been arrested in connection with an alleged physical and sexual assault at the Lower Southampton Township Halloween attraction. District Attorney Joe Khan and other officials planned to discuss the case at a Tuesday afternoon news conference.
A suspect was arrested in connection with an alleged sexual assault at the Valley of Fear Halloween attraction in Lower Southampton Township, Bucks County prosecutors said Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2026.
The suspect is accused of physically and sexually assaulting at least one person at the attraction, according to prosecutors. They did not release the suspect’s name or additional details about the allegations in the information available Tuesday morning.
Bucks County District Attorney Joe Khan, police and other officials were scheduled to hold a news conference at 2 p.m. Tuesday to discuss the arrest and charges. The allegations have not been tested in court.
