Integris agreement would bring Oklahoma City health system into Risant network

Integris Health is set to join California-based Risant Health under an acquisition agreement announced to health providers Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026. The deal would make the Oklahoma City health system the third to join Risant, after Geisinger and Cone Health were acquired in 2024.

Integris is Oklahoma City’s largest private employer. The agreement is not expected to result in layoffs or changes to the health system’s corporate headquarters, according to the announcement.

The transaction must still receive regulatory approvals before it can be completed. Until then, Integris remains outside Risant’s network.
