A boutique hotel planned for The Factory in Franklin is expected to break ground near the end of 2026 and open in spring 2028.
The hotel is set to join the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio. It is among several major projects planned or underway in Franklin and Williamson County, including a $165 million mixed-use district and a new municipal complex.
Williamson County has added 24,335 residents since 2020, according to U.S. Census Bureau data, bringing continued growth and development to the area.
