Nashville police investigate fatal shooting on Charles E. Davis Boulevard
A man was found shot in the chest in a doorway on the 100 block of Charles E. Davis Boulevard Tuesday night and died at the scene. Police say they are reviewing surveillance footage and have no suspects identified.
A man was fatally shot Tuesday night on the 100 block of Charles E. Davis Boulevard in Nashville, police said.
Metro Nashville Police Department officers responded to a reported shooting and found the man in a doorway with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police had not identified any suspects as of Wednesday morning. Investigators are reviewing video surveillance footage, and the case remains under investigation. Police had not released the man’s identity.
