KENOSHA, Wis. — One person was transported to a hospital after the Kenosha Fire Department responded to a reported shooting incident Sunday night near 52nd Street and 24th Avenue, fire officials said. A large police presence and crime scene tape were visible outside Shenanigans Bar near the intersection. Investigators also secured a second scene at 53rd Street and 24th Avenue, one block away. An officer at the scene confirmed that the two locations were connected. Kenosha police had not released additional information as of late Sunday night, including details about the person who was hospitalized, what led to the shooting or whether anyone had been arrested. The investigation remained active.
