Milwaukee police are asking for the public’s help locating 15-year-old Hannah Carter, who has been classified as critically missing. Carter was last seen at about 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, near the 100 block of West Washington Street, police said. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds. Police said she has long red hair extensions and was last seen wearing a gray V-neck T-shirt, navy-and-white mandala-style pants and black UGG-branded shoes. She was carrying a small black purse. Anyone who has information about Carter’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Milwaukee Police Department’s District 2 station at 414-935-7222.
