MILWAUKEE — A 37-year-old person was killed in a shooting Thursday night near Pierce and Wright streets in Milwaukee’s Riverwest neighborhood, according to police. The shooting was reported at about 8:45 p.m. The victim died at the scene, police said. Investigators have not released information about what led to the shooting and were still searching for the person or people responsible as of Thursday night.
