Louisville Metro Police said they seized 80 pounds of methamphetamine and other drugs during an early Tuesday morning operation in Louisville, along with three guns and a stolen motorcycle.
The department also reported recovering ecstasy, mushrooms, LSD and DMT. One person was arrested, but police had not released the person’s name as of Wednesday evening.
LMPD spokesperson Dwight Mitchell said taking a large drug supply out of circulation could help prevent crimes associated with drug trafficking. Police did not provide further details about the operation, including its location or any charges filed.
