Texas Roadhouse is planning to open a restaurant in Mandarin, adding a fourth Jacksonville-area location for the steakhouse chain.
The planned restaurant would bring the chain’s hand-cut steaks, ribs and made-from-scratch rolls with honey cinnamon butter to another part of the city. Texas Roadhouse opened its River City Marketplace restaurant in 2022, four years before the Mandarin expansion was announced.
