The crash happened around 8:38 p.m. in the 3800 block of Todd Lane, according to Austin-Travis County EMS. Responders took the pedestrian to a local hospital with critical, life-threatening injuries. Authorities advised drivers to expect road closures in the area as emergency crews worked at the scene.
