The Manor Police Department began operating from a new headquarters Tuesday, Sept. 22, moving into the former Manor Excel Academy at 600 E. Parsons St. The department’s previous facility was at 402 W. Parsons St. Manor police announced the relocation in a social media post with the message, “New location. Same commitment to serving our community.” The new administrative office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Patrol services remain available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The move places the department in a former school building as Manor continues to grow. Residents seeking administrative assistance should visit the new Parsons Street location during business hours, while emergencies and requests for immediate police response should continue to go through the appropriate 24-hour channels.
