LOS ANGELES — Sen. Jon Ossoff, a Georgia Democrat facing reelection, is scheduled to attend a fundraiser in Hancock Park on Oct. 19, hosted by a group of Hollywood executives and other industry figures.
Miramax CEO Jonathan Glickman and United Talent Agency CEO David Kramer are among the event’s co-hosts, according to an invitation. Other hosts include Hollywood attorney Tom Hoberman, Gotham Group CEO Ellen Goldsmith-Vein and filmmaker Grant Heslov, whose producing credits include “Argo” and “Good Night, and Good Luck.”
The invitation lists a $250 entry price, with the highest listed contribution level at $7,000. The event is set for 15 days before Election Day.
Glickman and his wife, Christy Callahan, have previously hosted fundraising events at their Hancock Park home for Democratic politicians, including Kamala Harris, Cory Booker and Raphael Warnock.
The Los Angeles gathering brings a prominent group of entertainment-industry donors together to support a Senate campaign in Georgia, where Ossoff is seeking another term.
