Dozens of passengers were stuck for hours Monday evening aboard a disabled SEPTA Regional Rail train near 49th Street in Southwest Philadelphia after wires came down, the transit agency said.

The train was traveling on the Media/Wawa Line when the incident stopped it. Passengers waited in the dark while crews worked to address the downed wires, according to video from the scene.
