JANESVILLE, Wis. — Former Janesville students can now revisit their school years online through a digital archive of district yearbooks spanning about a century. The School District of Janesville said the collection is intended for alumni who may have lost a yearbook, never purchased one or simply want to look back at photos from their high school years. The archive also preserves a record of generations of students, teachers and families connected to the community. Rather than requiring visitors to track down fragile paper copies, the digital collection makes the yearbooks available remotely. It offers a way to explore past class photos and school memories while helping preserve materials that might otherwise become difficult to access over time. The district’s digital yearbook archive is available through its website at janesville.k12.wi.us/about-us/digitalized-yearbooks.
