Man dies after being ejected in Sharon crash near Old Post Road
A man was killed Thursday night after a crash near Old Post Road and South Main Street in Sharon. The cause remains under investigation, and officials have not released his identity.
A man died Thursday night after being ejected from a car in a crash near Old Post Road and South Main Street in Sharon, police said.
Officers were called to the area shortly after 10 p.m. on Oct. 15. They found a red car with major front-end damage near a guardrail, according to Sharon police. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities have not released his identity or said what caused the crash. The investigation involves Sharon police, the Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section, and the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office.
