Officers responded at about 10:25 p.m. to a ShotSpotter alert, Police Commissioner Richard Worley said. The victims were in the parking lot of a BP gas station, according to information gathered at the scene. Police found Bailey and three men, ages 20, 24 and 48, with gunshot wounds. A fifth man later arrived at a hospital on his own.
The 20-year-old man and Bailey died. The other three victims were believed to have non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
Investigators are looking for multiple shooters and believe a high-powered weapon may have been used. Worley said authorities were seeking video from the area. No suspects or motive were identified in the information released by police.
